Gary
M. Moskoff
Mr. Moskoff created Sleeping Giant Solutions, SGS, while attending
Colorado State University’s MBA program (2001-2003) to assist
his clients, new and old, in understanding the underlying business
principals and issues driving the uncertain post technology boom
of the late '90s. Some of his clients have included Evil Genius Games, Interlink Communications,
XUEDE Group and Modulation Sciences. Often initial consulting projects will lead to extended opportunities. While working
with Modulation Sciences, a niche product manufacturer for the broadcast
industry who provides solutions necessary to enhance on-air operations
for the television, radio and cable industries, an initial project led to a true partnership
as Mr. Moskoff became their Director of Sales and Marketing. His primary role there is to act as the advisor and representative for their
executive team on the diversification of assets. He also developed
sales, channel and marketing strategies for new and established
products. A smiliar relationship developed at Evil Genius Games, a software development company specializing in bringing existing properties to life in the video game medium, as Mr. Moskoff became their VP Marketing; some of his responsibilites include: business development, PR, marketing, and acting as the primary business advisor to the executive team. Over the years and through his relationship with the XUEDE
group, Mr. Moskoff has also gained a true understanding of the importance
of globalization, which has led to a strong relationship and position
in the Asian markets.
Prior to starting SGS, Mr. Moskoff was an Account Executive for
Nortel Networks' emerging markets division, representing their complete
product line, where he lead multifaceted large sales teams into
new and existing telecom accounts representing them within Nortel
and to the investment community. Before Nortel, Mr. Moskoff worked
in every sector of the distribution channel. As a reseller, he represented
Rand Federal as their National Networking Specialist and Account
Manager and prior to that, he began his career in the high tech marketplace at Comstor.net,
a GE Capital VAD, Value Added Distributor. There, as a Cisco Specialist
and Associate Sales Manager he dove deeply into the technology of
the telecom market place, while developing his extensive knowledge
and channel theories and earning GE’s coveted six-sigma certification.
Mr. Moskoff also developed the framework and foundation for the
success of his sales theories while putting together a sales training
course for their sales force. The course provided a systematic way
to increase ones sales through the implementation of the “3P’s
of Selling.”
His initial interests in marketing and sales brought him to DTC
Imaging & Graphics as their Vice President of Sales and Marketing where
he was responsible for the company's sales, marketing, and 8A minority
owned status. During his undergraduate studies at Quinnipiac University,
Mr. Moskoff sold air for a commercial FM radio station, SeaView
107FM, and was elected President of their student body. He earned his MBA at Colorado State University in 2003. Being so
involved in radio sales, design, and prepress gave Mr. Moskoff a
true understanding of how to develop and launch a strong brand,
while staying focused on ones core strategy even during uncertain
economic times.

“Sometimes the hardest part of an executive's job is walking
away from opportunities that seem attractive at the time to ensure
the creation of future competitive advantages that drive your corporate
strategy. This takes a third party
to ask the hard questions while making the difficult recommendations
to improve your position and bottom line - that is what we do.”
